RANDOM PRIZE
RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. An entry into the prize contest requires a pledge of at least $.01 per birdie. One entry will be submitted into the random drawing for each $.01 per birdie pledge paid.
  2. Only paid pledges are eligible for the random drawing.
  3. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will be determined by a random drawing among all participants from all official entries received by the established DEADLINE DATE. All consolation prizes will be determined by a random drawing. Only official paid entries are eligible.
  4. The exact number of birdies made will include birdies made by the PGA TOUR players on Thursday through Sunday of the Official competition.
  5. The final number of birdies made will be determined and validated by the PGA TOUR.
  6. Only Official Pledge Forms will be accepted. NO exceptions!
  7. The Thunderbirds decisions and interpretations of the rules will be final and made at their sole and absolute discretion. No appeal or further review will be permitted.
  8. Contest officials from The Thunderbirds reserve the right to drive the Grand Prize vehicle for promotional and advertising purposes.
  9. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. Winners are responsible for all sales tax, registration fees, and other applicable fees, and INCOME TAX on all prizes.
  11. Members of The Thunderbirds and their immediate family members and employees of The Thunderbirds and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Grand Prize. Immediate family members are defined as: A Thunderbird member's and Thunderbird employee's parents, wife or husband, children, brothers, sisters and grandchildren.
  12. Certain prizes may be limited in size and type. All prizes must be picked up at The Thunderbird office. All prizes unclaimed by July 1st of the applicable year will be forfeited.
  13. Handwriting is the responsibility of the donors. The Thunderbirds are not responsible for errors.
  14. These rules may be amended at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of Thunderbirds Charities.
  15. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
